Can a worn diamond die be recut?
Yes. We recut natural, synthetic and PCD diamond dies to the next size up, repolish them, and restore the profile and bearing.
Do you service carbide dies?
Yes. Tungsten carbide dies are reworked for size, finish and bearing.
How do I send dies for service?
Fill out the Send Dies form with each die's ID, type, current size and the size you need. We email you an order number. Pack the dies with your own packing slip and ship them to 426 71st Street, North Bergen, NJ 07047.
Will I know the price before work starts?
Yes. We inspect every die and confirm price before any work starts.
What's the difference between ND, SSCD and PCD dies?
Natural diamond (ND) is the finishing choice for fine wire and surface quality. Synthetic single-crystal diamond (SSCD) gives consistent performance from die to die. Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) offers long life on copper, aluminum and stainless in intermediate and large sizes.
What size range do you cover?
From 0.007 mm fine-wire diamond dies up to 40 mm DC dies for steel.
